1. Overview of the Service

“Build Me a Free Site” is an initiative that provides small businesses and entrepreneurs with a professionally designed website at zero development cost.
The service is delivered by our design team and supported through our partnership with Kinsta, a premium hosting provider.

To qualify for the free website service, users must purchase hosting through our affiliate link. This requirement is what allows us to offer design and development at no charge.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To receive a free website, you must:

  • Be a business owner, entrepreneur, freelancer, or organization requiring a website.

  • Purchase hosting from Kinsta using our unique affiliate link.

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logo, business details) on time.

  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to decline applications based on workload, fit, or incomplete submissions.

3. Hosting Requirement (Mandatory)

Our free website development is funded through commissions earned when you purchase hosting from Kinsta via our affiliate link.

You agree that:

  • You must use the affiliate link provided to you.

  • Cancelling your hosting plan early may result in the website being paused or taken offline.

  • Hosting payments are between you and Kinsta, and we are not responsible for billing, refunds, or support related to hosting performance.

4. What’s Included in the Free Website Offer

✔ A fully functional WordPress website
✔ Up to 5 professionally designed pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)
✔ Mobile-responsive design
✔ Basic SEO setup
✔ Fast-loading layout using approved themes
✔ Essential security setup
✔ Contact form integration
✔ 1 round of revisions after the initial draft
✔ Basic tutorial on editing your site

5. What Is NOT Included

Unless separately purchased, the free website plan does not include:

  • Custom web applications or advanced development

  • E-commerce stores (Shopify/WooCommerce)

  • Complex booking systems

  • Custom plugins or integrations

  • Branding services (logo design, brand guide)

  • Advanced SEO services

  • Ongoing monthly maintenance

  • Copywriting (unless noted)

  • Stock photo licensing beyond free libraries

  • Priority or emergency support

  • Unlimited revisions

Any additional features or pages requested may require an additional fee.

6. Ownership of the Website

After completion:

  • You fully own your website content and design.

  • You retain ownership of your Kinsta hosting account.

  • All premium plugins/themes requested by the client must be provided by the client.

  • We reserve the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to hosting, WordPress, and other accounts.

  • Submit content (text/images) within 7 days of project start.

  • Respond to messages, approvals, and revision requests promptly.

  • Ensure all content you provide is legal and does not infringe intellectual property.

Delays in content submission may delay the project’s completion schedule.

8. Project Timeline

Once all content is received, the typical delivery timeline is:

  • Initial draft: 48–72 hours

  • Revisions: 1–3 days

  • Final delivery: Within 7 days

Timelines may extend based on workload, complexity, or incomplete client content.

9. Revisions Policy

Your free website includes:

  • 1 round of revisions after the initial preview

Additional revisions, structural changes, or design reworks may require an additional fee.

10. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

We do not charge for website development.

However:

  • Kinsta’s hosting fees are non-refundable through us.

  • Any refund requests must be handled directly with Kinsta.

  • If you cancel your hosting within 60 days, we reserve the right to charge a standard development fee (value up to $300–$600) because the affiliate commission is reversed.

11. Website Transfer & Access

Upon completion:

  • You receive full admin access

  • We may keep a temporary admin/editor access for 7 days to fix issues

  • You may revoke our access at any time after final delivery

12. Prohibited Use

Your website cannot be used to:

  • Spread hate, violence, or illegal activity

  • Sell prohibited items

  • Host adult or explicit content

  • Promote fraudulent schemes

  • Distribute malware or harmful code

Violation may result in immediate termination of services.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Hosting downtime or performance issues

  • Loss of revenue due to website errors

  • Third-party plugin conflicts

  • Issues caused by client edits

  • Loss of data after delivery

  • Hacking due to weak passwords or poor security by the client

Our total liability is limited to the value of your hosting commission only.

14. Support After Launch

Your free website includes:

  • 7 days of basic support after delivery (minor fixes only)

Support beyond this period may require a maintenance plan or paid service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept these changes.
